Butch Zindel, our Broker, has been helping buyers and sellers for 36 years. His 50+ years of construction experience gives him an edge in recognizing well-built homes, as well as homes that may present future problems. A resident of Rappahannock since 1978, he has gained knowledge of zoning regulations through service on the BZA and Planning Commission.
A community volunteer, Butch was recognized as Boy Scout Leader of the year and received the Governor's Award for Volunteering Excellence in 1990. Butch also serves on the Board of Directors of our local Real Estate Association, and volunteers as a board member at The Child Care and Learning Center.
Butch was a Bronze Star recipient in Vietnam.
Trish Bartholomew has lived in Rappahannock for over 30 years. She is enthusiastic and sincere about helping people buy and sell properties. Eight years of experience in negotiating sales and purchases of estates, investment properties and country homes gives her a strong sense of the market.
Judi is a native of Rappahannock and is very familiar with the county and surrounding areas. A realtor since 2004, Judi is following a life long ambition to be in real estate. She's always ready to market your home or help you find your perfect home or property.
Julie Garrett is a very energetic agent here at RRR and goes above and beyond for those she works for. Julie graduated Virginia Tech in 2002 with a Bachelor's in Agricultural and Applied Economics with an emphasis on Business Management and a Minor in Real Estate. She received her Real Estate license immediately after graduating and was an active and successful agent in the New River Valley Area. She is now in Rappahannock County and working just as hard. She has a passion for graphic design and photography which allows her to market properties in a way that gets more attention and better offers. Emily Moore has lived in the Commonwealth of Virginia since 1993. She is a native of the State of Maine, where she was a real estate investor and remodeler for many years. Emily worked for Real Estate Attorneys in Alexandria for six years. Emily enjoys being a Realtor, and building relationships with clients built on trust, outstanding service and support, making sure they are satisfied and confident and will recommend her services to others.
Beverly Atkins received her Real Estate License in 1978. She is a Rappahannock County native, and recently retired after 35 years in local government. Beverly’s knowledge of the area gives her the innate ability to find you the perfect property to buy, or rent.
